Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Canvasloop, an AI studio that creates, curates and publishes Pinterest content for your brand. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

• Canvasloop generates content with AI and publishes it to the Pinterest account you connect, on the schedule you approve.
• The service is in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
• You keep all rights to the assets you upload and to the content generated for your brand.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only Pinterest accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Upload only content you have the rights to use.
• Don't use the service for spam, misleading content, or anything that violates Pinterest's Community Guidelines or applicable law.
• Review what gets published — you are responsible for the content posted to your accounts.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with prior notice. Usage quotas apply per plan.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime, immediately and without contacting us, from Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your brands, pins, assets, Pinterest connection, and cancels any active subscription. You can export your data first from the same page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. Questions: nan.dev.ops@gmail.com.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim. We are not affiliated with Pinterest; “Pinterest” is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
