Privacy Policy

Canvasloop (“we”, “the service”) is an AI studio that creates, curates and publishes Pinterest content on behalf of your brand. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email and name, used to sign you in (via magic link or Google).
- Brand profile: what you tell us during onboarding — your website, brand name, audience, goals — used to generate on-brand content.
- Assets you upload: logos and photos, stored to compose your pins.
- Pinterest data: when you connect Pinterest, we store the OAuth tokens and the boards/pins metadata needed to publish and measure your content. We only access the scopes you grant.
- Usage and billing: generation activity (for quotas and pricing) and, if you subscribe, billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To create and publish pins for your brand — the core of the service.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Third parties we rely on
- Pinterest (publishing, via their official API)
- AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) — receive the brand context needed to generate your content
- Stripe (payments)
- Unsplash (stock imagery, when you request it)
Export and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. From Settings you can:
- Export your data — a ZIP with your brand brief, pins (images included), assets, analytics and harvested keywords, in machine-readable formats (JSON/CSV).
- Delete your account — permanently removes your account, brands, pins, assets (including the images), Pinterest connection and tokens, jobs, and usage history. This happens immediately, not on a delay, and there is no self-service way to undo it. Any active subscription is canceled as part of deletion. A small amount of data is retained but disconnected from your identity: feedback you submitted and, if you redeemed an AppSumo license, the license record itself (kept for AppSumo support/audit, with the link to your account removed).
Disconnecting Pinterest from Settings revokes our access immediately, without deleting the rest of your account. Questions about either of these: nan.dev.ops@gmail.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your active brand. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here and update the date above.
